The Rotary Auction Management System is an online system that allows clubs belonging to Rotary International to organize auction events.
The tool was originally created for, but not commissioned by, the Rotary Club of Richmond Sunrise, by Ryan West. Project management concerning the tool's requirements were facilitated by Laine Ferguson. The tool remains the property of Ryan West. This tool was created entirely by volunteer efforts, and received no compensation for its creation or maintenance.

This site has been created using many open-source tools, such as Django, jQuery, and Bootstrap. The owners of this tool retain the right to use whichever technology they desire.
This tool has been provided as a way for active Rotary Clubs to track and manage auction events. The functionality includes, but is not limited to, managing donations, tables, sponsors, and tickets. The list of functionality is subject to change at any time without notice.
Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity on this Site by you may be grounds for termination of your account or rights to use this Site, at the owner's sole discretion, and we may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Any usage of the tool in a way for which the tool has not been designed is grounds for termination of your account or rights to use the Site at the owner's sole discretion.
